This week’s cover to Blackest Night: The Flash #1 seemed somehow familiar, beyond the usual familiarity from ads. Once I got to thinking, I realized why: it’s an homage piece reflecting Flash: Rebirth #1. I definitely enjoy such covers when done well–as this one certainly is.
